Recent Projects

 

Department of Premier and Cabinet - ISA has successfully developed and deployed a number of DPC websites and other applications based on Microsoft technologies including, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and the .NET Architecture. Example sites include the Premier and Minister's website, the Media Statements website and  the Public Sector Commission website.

 

Fire and Emergency Services Authority (FESA) - ISA has worked extensively with FESA to develop Intranet and Extranet portals and applications based on MOSS 2007 and Microsoft .NET technologies. These include FESA's Intranet application, a Volunteer web portal available to 30,000 volunteers, the Special Risk Group extranet portal and the Emergency Management WA Extranet portal, specifically aimed at Emergency Management Stakeholder Groups throughout WA.

 

Department of Mines and Petroleum - ISA has developed a new Quality Management System application for DMP, based on MOSS 2007, ASP.NET and C#. The Quality Management System delivers a document management solution for documentation on department processes and standards and allows content providers to upload existing documents or create new documents directly from a range of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Visio thus reducing double handling of documents.

 

Fremantle Ports - ISA Technologies is currently working with Fremantle Ports to plan, design, develop and implement Fremantle Ports' next generation of Intranet, based on the existing investment in Microsoft Technology, whilst showcasing the value of MOSS 2007 and making the Intranet a toll that staff will use daily.

 

Telstra - ISA was engaged by Telstra to design and deliver strategic and business critical software applications across the organisation and to Telstra customers. These projects included a $3 million 24*7 business critical application for the workflow management of Tesltra wideband services nationally and a $250,000+ financial project approval system deployed nationally. They were base on a number of technologies and platforms including Oracle, J2EE and IBM Websphere.

 

 

 

 

InternetLite is a comprehensible, easily adjustable and extensible framework that provides developers with a base template, incorporating the Common Website Elements standards set by the Office of eGovernment, to start building websites for government agencies.

 

It is developed in MOSS 2007 (SharePoint) and facilitates a structured initiation to development of a WA Government website, by providing all the key website elements per se, in adherence to eGov guidelines. These elements are based on national and international best practice. Internet provides a level of consistency in the way Government websites are created, managed and decommissioned. It also caters to positioning and functionality of all these key elements. InternetLite would enable all users to navigate around WA Government websites thereby providing a more consistent user experience. It meets all of the Western Australia Government Website standards.

 

In addition, all agencies within the Western Australian Government would still have the ability to apply their own branding and web structure.
